No infringement
Do not submit third-party logos, characters, celebrity likenesses, protected artwork or instructions for counterfeit or unauthorised merchandise. Gift-order packaging remains generic or uses customer-owned material only after rights are confirmed in writing.
No technical abuse
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at harmful scale, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, automate payment abuse, misuse Admin access or attempt to obtain another person’s order or personal data.
No fraud or unlawful conduct
Do not use stolen payment methods, false identities, freight forwarding for prohibited destinations, chargeback abuse or misleading customs information. Do not use products or site content to support illegal, violent or unsafe conduct.
Our response
We may block a request, suspend access, cancel and refund an order, preserve evidence or report conduct where reasonably necessary. We consider proportionality, error and applicable consumer rights before action.
