01

Store scope and acceptance

These terms govern purchases and use of Barwright, operated by GLASGOW DISTILLERY COMPANY LIMITED
8 Deanside Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4JF, United Kingdom
support@glasgowdisttill.shop
+44 7701689203. By ordering, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept these terms.

We sell physical home bar tools, lead-free glassware, ice equipment and garnish tools only. We do not sell, deliver, broker or promote alcohol. Recipe cards describe equipment technique and zero-alcohol options.

02

Age and account eligibility

The products are adult household equipment, not toys. Users under 13 may not use the store. A user aged 13–17 requires parent or guardian consent and contact details. Any alcohol a customer independently chooses to use is outside our sale and must comply with the laws and legal drinking age of their jurisdiction.

03

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Product, shipping and applicable tax totals are shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue confirmation; we may decline for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, address restrictions or an obvious pricing error and will release or refund the payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where displayed, PayPal. We do not receive the complete card number. The statement descriptor is BARWRIGHT.

04

Product safety and care

Glassware is breakable. Inspect it before each use and stop using chipped, cracked or heavily scratched glass. Do not expose glass to sudden temperature changes. Peelers, zesters, knives, picks, strainers, tongs and muddlers may have sharp edges, points or pinch areas. Cut away from the body, use a stable surface and keep components away from children.

Materials are described on each product page. Wash food-contact surfaces before first use. “Lead-free” describes the glass composition; it is not an assurance against breakage. Images show typical appearance; minor finish or colour variation may occur.

05

Shipping, customs and risk

We ship worldwide where carriers and trade rules permit. Dispatch, tracking, delivery estimates, customs and damaged-parcel procedures are in the Shipping Policy. Risk passes on confirmed delivery, subject to mandatory consumer law. Destination duties and import taxes may be collected from the recipient.

06

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Eligible unused, undamaged goods may be returned within 30 days, or 60 days for eligible paid members. Transit damage must be reported promptly. Procedures and exclusions are in the separate Returns Policy and Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are not limited.

07

Barwright Club

Bar Club and Bar Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply only while active and are not stored value or points. Bar Studio quarterly equipment is physical merchandise selected for that quarter. Cancellation stops future renewal; the current paid period remains active. A quarterly item already dispatched is governed by the normal product return rules and is not separately refundable merely because membership is cancelled.

08

Content and intellectual property

Site design, original photography, product descriptions and recipe-card layouts belong to us or our licensors. You may use purchased cards privately with the equipment. You may not copy the catalogue, remove rights notices or use the store to list infringing, counterfeit or unauthorised goods.

09

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect business loss arising from household use. Follow care and safety instructions and do not use damaged products.

10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning a consumer may retain mandatory rights and bring a claim in the place permitted by applicable consumer law. Contact support first so we can seek a practical resolution.
